Unsecured sacks of mail in Witney

A member of the Witney Forum has today photographed a number of unsecured sacks of post in Witney.

The sacks had been left on a doorstep in the town, seemingly ready for collection and delivery - but there was no postman in sight and these sacks could have easily been tampered with.
