An historic 18th century wall in Witney, owned by All Souls College, Oxford, has been seriously damaged by vandals.
The wall in Puck Lane, Witney, was repaired by West Oxfordshire District Council in the summer of 2005 after it had been damaged, but vandals have struck again.
