Health questionnaire
Residents in West Oxfordshire are invited to comment on how they would like to see health services in the District improved over the next 5 years.
A questionnaire has been sent to randomly selected households, but anyone can go online and have their say at www.westoxon.gov.uk.
The survey is being administered by the District Council, working alongside the Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust. Survey results will feed into the West Oxfordshire Joint Public Health Strategy for publication October 2008.
