Earth Tremor hits England - and Witney!!!

Did everyone feel the earth tremor / earthquake in Witney in the early hours of the morning!!

Happened about 12:57am!!!

It is thought to have measured 4.7 on the Richter Scale and the epicentre was 30 miles South of Kingston-upon-Thames.

To give a better picture, the epicentre is believed to have been:
30 miles South of Kingston upon Hull
45 miles North East of Nottingham
50 miles East of Sheffield
125 miles North of London

I personally felt it in Witney and there are reports coming in from all over the country.

There haven't been any reports of damage, but we may have to wait until daylight before damage is discovered.

Update
At around 2:15 Ross from Southern Electric has confirmed there have been no power outages in the area.

Update 2:25am
British Geological Survey have said it believed the quake was of the magnitude of 5.1 and said the epicentre was close to Grimsby in North-East Lincolnshire.

Update
The tremor has now been measured as 5.2 on the Richter Scale.
