Witney News - Robbery – Witney

Police are appealing for witnesses to a robbery that happened in the alley which runs behind the Burwell Drive shops at 9.45pm on Friday 6th October.
A man was walking in the alleyway away from the shops when he was approached by two men and hit on the back of the head. He dropped his phone and as he bent over to pick it up he was assaulted again and his phone was stolen.
Investigating Officer, PC Sarah-Jayne Martin said: "There were people around at this time of night who may have seen the incident happening and I would like to ask that anyone who may have seen the men or have any information to get in touch."
