Witney Neighbourhood Team Update – April 2007

Sgt Scott Evans brings April's update for the Witney team: "The next phase in our roll out of Neighbourhood Policing has taken place this month. We have appointed our Neighbourhood Specialist Officers (NSOs) for Witney. They are experienced officers, who have been selected for their ability to achieve the task of driving Neighbourhood Policing forward. They have now been 'ring-fenced', meaning they are not abstracted to other policing matters, but stay on their beat full time.
