Burglary - Bampton

Police are appealing for information after a house was burgled in Manor View, Bampton, yesterday afternoon (05/12).

At around 4.45pm, the elderly resident of the house found a man in his lounge and confronted him. The man said he was working on windows in the area. He was told to leave and ran out the front door. A second man then ran from the rear of the house out through the front door.

The first man is white, stocky, between 30 and 40 years old and was wearing dark clothes. The second man is white, slim, in his early to mid twenties and around 5ft 7ins. He was wearing a dark suit.
