Witney United boss Alan Clark resigned following the 2-0 defeat at home to Bishops Cleeve.
Spencer Keyes has accepted the position of first team manager. Keyes will have former Oxford City assistant manager Pete Lamont as his assistant.
Witney United are currently 5th in the GLS Football Hellenic League with 20 points
