Mystery of woman found wandering on country road
A woman found wandering late at night along the B4425 near Aldsworth on the Oxfordshire/ Gloucestershire border has no idea how she got there.
She was picked up by a motorist and taken to Witney Police Station who questioned her to try to establish how she managed to get so far from Witney where she had spent some time with a friend.
The woman had a cut above one of her eyes and the Police are trying to piece together the events of the night.

Police are appealing for witnesses amid fears she may have had her drinks tampered with and been assaulted.
