Witney News - Oxon neighbours report hosepipe ban breaches

According to the press, Thames Water have received 11 reports of people breaching the hosepipe ban in Oxfordshire.
The ban, the first in the area for 15 years, includes the use of domestice hosepipes and sprinklers. However, you are allowed to use a hosepipe to fill a watering can which can then be used to water the garden.
People who persistently ignore the ban could be fined up to £1000.
