New conference guide for West Oxfordshire

West Oxfordshire’s beautiful countryside is the perfect setting for conferences and business meetings according to a brand new Guide.

The new full colour online Guide has been produced by West Oxfordshire District Council's Economic Development Team to help local businesses looking for the ideal place to go, as well as, promoting the District’s venues further afield.

The Guide gives full details and photographs of over 30 venues ranging from facilities for large scale conferences accommodating up to 500 people to those more suited for smaller business gatherings. Included is everything an event organiser needs to know such as the number of rooms, their capacity, whether there is internet access, overnight accommodation and much, much more.

Cllr Warwick Robinson, Cabinet Member for Economic Development said: "Revenue from conferences and business events is important for West Oxfordshire's economy. The Guide highlights the truly excellent facilities we have in the District and I’m sure it will help businesses find the best local venue for their needs.”

The Guide can be viewed on the Council's website at www.westoxon.gov.uk/conference.

Venues that wish to be added to the guide should contact the Council's Economic Development Team at [email protected] or 01993 861485.
