Witney pubs sign up to voluntary cheap drinks ban

Pub and clubs in Witney have signed up to a voluntary agreement and will ban drinks promotions at weekends in an attempt to reduce drink-related violence and criminal damage. The likes of the Eagle Vaults, Royal Oak and the Palace nightclub will take part in the scheme
