Sizzling deal to get in shape this summer

A special deal is being offered at the West Oxfordshire District Council's leisure centres to help people get in shape and on the path to a healthier lifestyle this summer.

Whether preparing to hit the beach, or simply wanting to shed a few pounds, the Heavenly Holiday Bodies offer gives people the chance to pay a one-off fee in return for 6 weeks of expert help and assistance.

The package is being offered by Wycombe Leisure Limited, which runs the Council's leisure facilities on its behalf, at Carterton, Chipping Norton and Witney's Windrush Leisure Centres until the end of August. It includes:

6 weeks of unlimited membership to The Mill Health and Fitness Suite, along with use of the swimming pool and aerobics classes.
A personalised fitness programme targeted at weight loss and toning, with expert advice and motivation from the centre's experienced staff, including up to twice weekly appointments and training sessions.
A nutrition plan with easy-to-follow advice and guidance.
An optional 6-session course of sun-bed tanning.

All of the above costs just £79.95 for the 6-week package, equivalent to just over £13 per week. Without the tanning sessions, the cost is £64.95. Joint packages are also available.

Further information is available from the centres. Call Carterton on 01993 861986, Chipping Norton on 01993 861954 or the Windrush on 01993 861954.
