Witney company in administration

UK specialist profile extruder Aurelia Plastics has gone into administration with the loss of over 40 jobs according to Plastics and Rubber Weekly.
The Oxfordshire firm was established over 40 years ago and moved to a 5,700 sq metre site on the Witney Industrial Estate in 2003. It was a key supplier of ancillary parts to the PVC-U window and door industry.
The company confirmed that the workforce of 40 to 45 staff had been made redundant.
Robson Rhodes of Birmingham has been appointed administrator and is understood to be planning an asset sale.
