Fatal collision - Witney

Police are currently at the scene of a fatal collision on the A415, Ducklington, in Witney.

A white transit van and a double-decker bus collided at 1pm today (21/12) outside Cokethorpe school. The driver of the transit van has been pronounced dead at the scene. Seven passengers on the bus sustained minor injuries.

The road is closed in both directions to allow officers to investigate the collision and remove the vehicles.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or who has any information should contact the Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505. If you don’t want to speak to police or leave your name, call the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
