Torrential rain causes town centre chaos

Witney town centre was a scene of chaos at around 1pm today.

As well as the usual amount of Friday traffic causing near gridlock on all roads approaching the town centre, the roundabout and roads at the junction of Welch Way and High Street were under quite a few inches of water caused by the torrential downpoars earlier.
