Public Consultation - Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust - Langdale Hall, Witney
The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust is working towards becoming a Foundation Trust - we hope to achieve this in 2013. NHS foundation trusts have more freedom to decide how to run their affairs and deliver services. They meet the same standards of care and principles that guide other NHS organisations, but they are more accountable to their local communities through public membership.
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust has established a membership scheme which we hope you and your congregation will consider joining. By becoming a member you will be part of our organisation and what we do. You will be able to have a say in how we develop our services and also help us make our patients' experience the best it can be. Anyone in England aged 16 and over can become a member. Please join us by completing the membership form which can be found at www.ouh.nhs.uk/ft
We will be holding a formal consultation event at Langdale Hall in Witney on the evening of Thursday 9 August as well as others around the County over the next couple of months and are hoping that as many people as possible attend.
