Refugees Welcome in Eynsham was formed in the wake of the Syrian refugee crisis after a number of Eynsham residents attended a rally in Oxford in September 2015 and realised there was a shared desire to help those fleeing conflict.
Since then, the groupís aim has been to give welcome and support to refugees or asylum seekers who come to live in West Oxfordshire. The group has grown by word of mouth to a loose network of about 80 people and is linked with the three churches in Eynsham.
